What we have built for

• A skip link, semantic headings and landmarks on every page.
• Keyboard access to every control, with a visible focus indicator.
• Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images, and visible labels on every form field.
• Motion that respects your system's reduced-motion setting.
• Status and disclosure information conveyed in text, not by color alone.

Ongoing work

This website is built toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a design target. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing obligation rather than a finished task. No formal third-party audit or conformance certification has been completed, so none is claimed here.

Using this site with assistive technology

• Press Tab once on any page to reveal the “Skip to content” link and jump past the navigation.
• Each page has a single main heading followed by section headings in order, so screen-reader heading navigation gives an outline of the page.
• Text can be enlarged with your browser's zoom to 200 percent without content being cut off; layouts reflow to a single column on narrow screens.
• Form errors are written out in text next to the field, and a confirmation message appears after an inquiry is sent.

Known limitations

Some imagery is decorative and is intentionally hidden from screen readers so it does not add noise. Journal articles are long-form text; if a summary or another format would help, ask and we will provide one. Links to the separate websites of related businesses lead to sites we do not control, and their accessibility may differ.
