Emerald & Oak Design is the exclusive design firm for Peters Signature Homes.
Interiors are directed as one scheme rather than assembled room by room. Within its contracted scope, the studio develops the palette, the architectural detailing that the interior depends on, cabinetry design, decorative lighting and the finish selections that hold a residence together.
That work happens alongside the architecture rather than after it, which is why a Signature residence can be offered with an established design direction instead of an allowance and a decision list.
Emerald & Oak Design is a separate design company. It is not owned or operated by Peters Signature Homes, Inc. or Peters Custom Homes, Inc.
Emerald & Oak Design provides design services within its contracted scope. It is not the licensed architect, engineer, contractor, manufacturer or listing brokerage for a residence. Describing Emerald & Oak as our exclusive design firm describes Peters Signature Homes' design arrangement; it does not state that the studio serves no other clients.

What the design direction covers
- A coordinated material and color palette across the residence
- Architectural interior detailing: reveals, trim, ceiling and wall treatments
- Cabinetry design and the joinery that defines each principal room
- Decorative lighting selection and placement
- Surface, tile, stone and hardware finishes
Scope differs by residence and is confirmed for each home.
Peters Signature Homes does not offer a customization or finish-selection program. Residences are offered with established plans and a curated design direction. Any separate design or furnishing engagement with Emerald & Oak Design would be that studio's own service, separately contracted, and is not part of a home purchase.
Exclusive Design Partner
Emerald & Oak Design is an independent design company and serves as the exclusive design firm selected by Peters Signature Homes for the interior design direction of Peters Signature residences.
Emerald & Oak Design is a separate business and is not a division or department of Peters Signature Homes, Inc. or Peters Custom Homes, Inc.
The designation 'Exclusive Design Partner' describes the design relationship between Peters Signature Homes and Emerald & Oak Design. It does not mean that Emerald & Oak Design exclusively serves Peters Signature Homes or is prohibited from serving other clients.
Furniture, artwork, rugs, accessories, decorative objects, televisions, electronics, window treatments, outdoor furniture, vehicles, and other personal property shown in photographs, videos, renderings, or tours are not included with the residence unless specifically identified as included in the applicable purchase agreement.
Entity Relationship Disclosure
Peters Signature Homes, Inc. is a separate legal entity engaged in the development and sale of luxury speculative residences. Peters Signature Homes does not provide custom-homebuilding, renovation, or build-on-your-lot services.
