1. Who we are

This website is published by Peters Signature Homes, Inc., a North Carolina business corporation with its principal office at 4401 Barclay Downs Dr, Suite 132, Charlotte, North Carolina 28209. This notice describes how the website actually behaves and how information you send us is handled.

2. Information we collect

• Information you type into an inquiry form: your name, email address, optional telephone number, optional broker name, the residence or subject of your interest, your message, and whether you chose to receive updates.
• Saved residences, which are stored only in your own browser on your own device and are never transmitted to us.
• Standard technical information handled by our hosting provider in the ordinary course of delivering pages, such as IP address, request time, requested URL and browser user agent, retained by that provider for security and reliability.

3. What this website does not do

• No advertising, marketing, retargeting, social-media or behavioral-tracking scripts are loaded.
• No third-party chat, map, video or social embeds are loaded.
• No payments, deposits, credit applications or financing applications are accepted through this website.
• No information is sold, rented, or shared with any other company for that company's own marketing purposes.
• We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and this website is not directed to children.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Strictly necessary storage is used for two purposes only: your saved residences list, held in your browser's local storage, and a session cookie for the private staff inbox, which applies only to authorized company personnel.

Clearing your browser storage removes your saved residences. Because no behavioral tracking occurs, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals require no separate action on our part.

5. How we use information

• To respond to your inquiry and discuss the residences you asked about.
• To send you a confirmation that your inquiry was received.
• To send occasional updates about new residences, only if you affirmatively checked that box.
• To maintain the security, integrity and proper functioning of this website.
• To comply with law, respond to lawful requests, and establish or defend legal claims.

6. How inquiries are handled

An inquiry is emailed to Peters Signature Homes and recorded in a private inbox that only authorized company personnel can read. A confirmation is emailed back to you. Inquiries are read by a representative of Peters Signature Homes.

Email delivery is performed by a transactional email service acting as our service provider solely to transmit these messages, and our website hosting and database provider stores inquiry records on our behalf. These providers are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.

7. When we may disclose information

• To service providers described above, under obligations of confidentiality.
• To a licensed real estate broker or closing professional involved in a transaction you are pursuing, where necessary to assist you.
• Where required by law, subpoena, court order or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property or safety of any person.
• In connection with a merger, financing, reorganization or sale of assets, subject to this notice.

8. Marketing consent and opting out

Updates are sent only if you check the consent box yourself. It is never pre-checked and never required in order to submit an inquiry. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you may also ask us to stop by email or telephone at any time.

Transactional messages responding to an inquiry you initiated are not marketing and may still be sent while your inquiry is open.

9. Retention

Inquiries are retained while your interest is active and afterwards for as long as reasonably necessary for record-keeping, dispute resolution and compliance with law, and are then deleted. You may ask us to delete your inquiry sooner and we will do so unless retention is legally required.

10. Your choices and rights

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw marketing consent. Send the request using the contact details below and we will respond within a reasonable period.

North Carolina has no general consumer-privacy statute conferring additional rights at this time. If you reside in a jurisdiction that grants such rights, tell us in your request and we will honour the rights that apply to you.

11. Security

This website is served over encrypted connections and inquiry records are held in an access-controlled database restricted to authorized company personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Never send funds or act on wiring instructions received by email without verifying them by telephone at a number you independently confirm. Wire-fraud schemes targeting real estate transactions are common.

12. Third-party websites

Links to websites operated by others, including affiliated companies, design partners and brokerages, are provided for convenience. Those websites have their own privacy practices and are not controlled by Peters Signature Homes.

13. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes affecting how we use information you already submitted will be described on this page.
