Peters Signature Homes does not accept custom-home commissions and does not provide build-on-your-lot or renovation services.

A prospective purchaser's ability to request changes to a residence, if any, depends upon the residence's construction stage and Peters Signature Homes' written approval. Marketing of a residence before completion does not create a right to alter plans, specifications, finishes, selections, construction methods, or design.

Peters Custom Homes, Inc. and Peters Signature Homes, Inc. are separate legal entities with different business operations and service offerings.

Peters Custom Homes, Inc. provides custom-homebuilding and renovation services.

Peters Signature Homes, Inc. develops luxury speculative residences for sale and does not provide custom-homebuilding or renovation services.

An inquiry submitted to Peters Signature Homes is not an inquiry to Peters Custom Homes. A contract with Peters Signature Homes is not a contract with Peters Custom Homes, and vice versa, unless a written agreement expressly provides otherwise.

References to either company should not be interpreted as creating a guaranty by one company of the debts, contractual obligations, warranties, liabilities, or performance of the other.

Emerald & Oak Design is an independent design company and serves as the exclusive design firm selected by Peters Signature Homes for the interior design direction of Peters Signature residences.

Emerald & Oak Design is a separate business and is not a division or department of Peters Signature Homes, Inc. or Peters Custom Homes, Inc.

The designation 'Exclusive Design Partner' describes the design relationship between Peters Signature Homes and Emerald & Oak Design. It does not mean that Emerald & Oak Design exclusively serves Peters Signature Homes or is prohibited from serving other clients.

Real estate brokerage services for Peters Signature Homes residences are provided by Peters & Associates, Inc. (yourleaderinluxury.com), the listing brokerage for all Peters Signature Homes, Inc. properties. Peters & Associates, Inc. is a separate business from the developer, the builder and the design firm. A brokerage relationship is not created by visiting this website or submitting an inquiry, and no agency representation should be inferred merely because an agent or brokerage appears on this website.

Peters & Associates, Inc. is the real estate firm that represents and holds the listings for all Peters Signature Homes, Inc. properties. It is a separate business from the developer, the builder and the design firm, and its brokerage services are separate from development and construction activities.

Architects, engineers, surveyors, landscape architects and other consultants engaged on a residence are independent professionals responsible for their own licensure, insurance and professional services unless expressly identified otherwise in writing.

Participation in a residence does not establish ownership, partnership, joint venture, guaranty, or agency solely by reason of participation.

Each entity referenced on this website is independently responsible for its own obligations. Collaboration on a project, shared vendors, shared marketing resources, or a shared location does not, by itself, cause one entity to assume the liabilities of another.
