For Brokers
Broker inquiries for future luxury-home releases.
We welcome inquiries from licensed real estate professionals representing prospective buyers.
No residences are currently offered on this website. Brokers may introduce a buyer's requirements or request future-release updates. Any later purchase decision must be based on the applicable residence documents, not general website commentary.
Compensation, cooperation and registration terms are agreed in writing for a specific residence and are not published on this website. Nothing on this page is an offer of compensation.
Listing brokerage, licensing and agency relationships are stated in the documents for each residence. Peters Signature Homes does not represent a buyer, and this website does not create an agency relationship.
Photography, plans and copy on this site are provided for informational use in connection with a specific residence. Republishing or redistributing these materials requires written authorization.
Current availability
Peters Signature Homes has no residences currently offered for sale. New residences will be announced on the residences page as they are released, and brokers who send an inquiry can ask to be told about upcoming releases at the same time as private buyers.
How cooperation works when a residence is offered
Peters & Associates, Inc. is the real estate firm that represents Peters Signature Homes, Inc. properties. When a residence is released, the listing brokerage, showing arrangements and any cooperation terms are set out in writing for that specific home.
North Carolina brokers already work under the North Carolina Real Estate Commission's rules, including the Working with Real Estate Agents disclosure at first substantial contact. We ask that buyer agency be established and the client registered in writing before a first private preview, so that representation is clear from the outset.
- Register your client in writing before the first private preview.
- Request the current specification and purchase documents for the specific residence.
- Confirm completion status and any items still to be finished with the listing brokerage.
- Encourage your client to arrange an independent inspection and attorney review.
Helping a buyer evaluate a spec home
Spec homes are evaluated differently from resale homes. Your client is buying a finished or near-finished set of decisions, so the specification, the quality of the work behind the walls and the builder's warranty documents matter more than staging. Our guides on spec homes versus fully bespoke building, new construction quality checks and buying a signature home are written to be shared with clients.
In North Carolina, a closing attorney certifies title and conducts the closing. Your client should engage their own attorney early so that the purchase agreement, any new construction addendum and the warranty documents are reviewed before due diligence ends.
