Peters Signature Homes, Inc. builds luxury spec homes in the Charlotte, North Carolina region for buyers who want a considered luxury residence without commissioning a custom build. Our focus is narrow by design: develop exceptional homes with established plans and a unified interior direction, then offer those residences for purchase.
What we do
We develop luxury speculative residences: homes planned, designed and built to a single point of view, then offered for sale. A buyer purchases a specific residence rather than retaining us to design and build a home on their behalf.
A residence may be offered while it is still under construction or after it is complete. Either way, the plans and the design direction are established before it is offered. We do not accept custom-homebuilding commissions, renovations, or build-on-your-lot work.
How we differ from Peters Custom Homes
Peters Signature Homes, Inc. and Peters Custom Homes, Inc. are separate legal entities with different business models. Peters Signature Homes develops and sells luxury spec residences. Peters Custom Homes provides custom homebuilding and renovation services.
Company history, operating record, licensing, credentials, awards and reviews are specific to each entity. Nothing belonging to another company is presented here as this company's own.
Founded in 2026
Nicholas Peters is President & Co-Founder. Miriam Peters is Co-Founder, Design & Interiors. Their individual backgrounds are described on Leadership; they are not presented as completed PSH projects or a company operating record. Emerald & Oak Design is a separate company and the exclusive design firm. Peters & Associates, Inc. is the separate listing brokerage.
Peters Signature Homes, Inc. was formed in 2026 as a dedicated luxury spec-home company. The company is new; the people behind it are not. Its founders come from generations of family work in homebuilding, design and real estate.
Generations of building, design and real estate experience sit behind the company. That experience belongs to the individuals who founded it and is stated as background only — it is not an operating record, a warranty, or a credential of Peters Signature Homes, Inc., which began operating in 2026.

An infill house in Myers Park answers to a tree canopy and a street laid out a century ago. An Eastover parcel is a study in formality and arrival.
