3. Transaction documents control

Where anything on this website differs from the applicable purchase agreement, plat, plans, disclosures, warranty documents or other transaction documents for a specific residence, those documents control in all respects.

Website content, brochures, renderings, advertisements, electronic mail, text messages and verbal statements are superseded by the executed purchase agreement and are not terms of sale.

4. Imagery, renderings, plans and measurements

Images, renderings, elevations, floor plans and dimensions are illustrative and approximate. Some imagery on this website is artist conception, computer-generated, or produced with artificial-intelligence tools, and is provided for general design inspiration rather than as a depiction of a specific completed residence.

Square footage, room dimensions and lot dimensions are approximate, may be measured by differing methods, and may vary from as-built conditions. Furnishings, artwork, staging, equipment and landscaping shown are not included unless the purchase documents expressly say so.

5. Permitted use and prohibited conduct

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view this website for your own personal, non-commercial purpose of evaluating a possible purchase.

Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this website will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00). Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, so a limitation may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.

Residences are described by their features, never by the type of person who should live in them.

16. Governing law, venue and limitation period

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to this website is the state or federal courts sitting in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Any claim arising out of or relating to this website must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arose, or it is permanently barred, to the extent that period is enforceable under North Carolina law.

17. Severability, waiver and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

These terms, together with the privacy notice and the legal disclosures published on this website, are the entire agreement between you and Peters Signature Homes regarding use of this website.
